The main goals of the company were to attract talented programmers, create quality-rich management processes, and to provide world-class software services to technology companies. Over the course of the next few years, our customers gained confidence in our performance and we achieved many sales. The young outsourcing company grew to 70 software engineers.
In 2005, Axmor developers start writing not only code, but also technical articles which explore cutting-edge techniques and methods in software design and development. In the next few years, dozens of articles containing valuable observations and programming tricks were published in IBM Developer's Work, Java Developer's Journal, Dr Dobb's Journal, and SOA World Magazine.
In 2006, Axmor authors a piece of the Apache Geronimo v1.0 - User's Guide.
Being a part of the IBM team, our software engineers were early adapters to the technology, and could provide valuable input in design and documentation.
The very same year, Axmor moves to a larger facility. Uninterrupted connectivity to our clients is guaranteed through two independent internet service providers.

By 2007, the company gains a global footprint through appearances in each and every report about Novosibirsk and Akademgorodok in global mass media sources such as CNN, BBC, and Fortune Magazine. From 2008 onwards, the company resides in its own office in the new business center in Novosibirsk’s Academgorodok. Our leaders sought to create an environment where everyone has the opportunity to reveal his/her potential.
